Start your Document Upload

Once you've finalized your document configuration, you are ready to start uploading documents to the platform!

Dost offers multiple ways to upload your documents. Navigate to the "Documents" section and click the "Upload Documents" button. You'll be presented with the following options:

  1. By email
  2. From your device
  3. Using a QR code
  4. Via supplier
  5. Creating a document
  6. Through integrations

Here’s a detailed explanation of each method:

1. By email

You’ll be assigned a dedicated email address. Simply send your documents to this address, and they’ll automatically appear in the Documents section.

2. From your device

Click on From your device to open your computer's file explorer. Select the document you want to upload, and it will be added to Dost.

3. Using a QR code

Download our mobile app to scan and upload documents using a QR code. This method is quick and convenient for uploading files directly from your phone.

4. Via supplier

Select Upload by supplier to access the Supplier Portal. Here, you can create supplier profiles and generate a unique link for them to upload their documents directly. Suppliers can also track the real-time processing status of their submissions.

5. Creating a document

Dost allows you to create documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders directly within the platform. These will automatically appear in the Documents section.

6. Through integrations

Go to Integrations > Add Integration > Data Sources to connect Dost with services like OneDrive, Google Drive, or an FTP server. Once set up, any documents uploaded to these platforms will sync automatically with your Documents section.
