These knowledge base articles are designed to help you easily access any key Dost functionality, whether you are just getting started or have been using the platform for some time.

Who These Knowledge Base Articles Are For (Roles: User, Admin)

These knowledge base articles are intended for two main profiles within your organization:

  • Operational users: people who review documents, correct data, and manage day-to-day activities within the Documents section.
  • Finance teams (Finance / Controllers): people who need the information processed by Dost to be delivered reliably and consistently to the ERP system and management reports.

What You Will Learn

  • Set up your account and complete a solid onboarding process: access, main menu, users, and your first documents (Introduction and Getting Started).
  • Understand the key concepts behind Dost: documents, self-training, mappings, workflows, and ERP exports (Key Concepts).
  • Manage your documents on a daily basis: statuses, filters, reviews, and recovery of deleted documents (Working with Documents).
