How to Filter Documents in the Platform

When you're processing hundreds or even thousands of documents each month, having filters is essential to save time and avoid headaches.

🔍 1. Filter by Document Status
You can search based on the current document status:

  • Processed: successfully uploaded and read.

  • Need Review: some fields require manual review.

  • Reviewed: already reviewed by a user.

  • Duplicate: duplicates detected.

  • Failed: upload failed.

📅 2. Filter by Date Range
Looking for documents within a specific timeframe?
Use Start Date and End Date to narrow it down.

3. Filter by Approval Status
Want to see only documents that require approval or have already been approved?
Use this dropdown to select the right status.

🔗 4. ERP Integration
Filter documents that are already integrated — or not yet — with your ERP system.

💰 5. Payment Status
Filter by payment stage: Paid, Unpaid, Due, or Processing.

🔎 6. Filter by Document Fields
Looking for something specific?
Select the Field Name, choose an Operator like “Like” or “Equals”, and enter your Value.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Don’t forget to click the ( + ) button every time you add a field — even if you’re only adding one!

💾 Want to save this filter as your default?
Toggle this option at the bottom so it’s ready next time.

✅ Once you're done setting your filters:
Click Search to apply them — or Clear all to reset.
